Group Art Director

We want you to consider a senior-level position at Mabus Agency. Our staff is split into two creative groups that we call pods. Each pod has only six clients. The team is made up of a relationship manager, a project manager, and three designers. Outside of pods, we have a web design/development team and video team

Since our founding in 2008, I'm proudest of the fact that we have only scaled the agency up. There has been no downsizing due to losing a client (or clients). We'd love to add you to our healthy growth.

To be considered, please have at least 5 years experience in the design industry with 2-3 years of design leadership experience. We should be at a level that's past the "know the relevant programs."
