Birkas Palinka (Shephard Fence Wrecker)

Birkas is the family name which means shepherd.
logo is a grim reaper on a ghost pig (long story short the grandfather had a GIANT special pig)
reaper is also a shephard with it's stick
Pig is large (big enough to wreck a fence) — palinka is called KERíTéSSZAGGATó — "Fence Wrecker"
the crest (far left) is similar to the Hungarian crest
Used the shepherd stick in the wordmark
"hand made" = :rip:
when people make palinka they put it in ANY bottle. To distinguish it they usually change the cap or use sharpie to write the letter of the fruit that was used to ferment. The black circles could be on the cap. The black circle with the shephard stick works well because it looks like and "R" for reaper as well as a shephard stick which means Birkas! So it's like saying your family name on your palinka while using a Sybmol instead of a letter
