Problem: Dog owners sometimes need help caring for and walking their dogs. We created a service to connect dog owners with dog walkers. Ensuring dog owners trust their dogs are in safe hands.

User Research

From talking to dog owners we learn that the obligations of taking care of a pet do not always collide with modern-day life. People we interviewed mentioned unexpected changes in their schedule as a problem in their day-to-day life.

Quickly the issue of trust arose; dogs are like kids to dog owners and handing them over to a 'stranger from an app' will be key to the success of Duber.
