Vicci Eyewear Quiz - Find your Frame

Vicci Eyewear is an online & offline eyewear selling company based in Miami. Vicci wanted an experience for its user to select frames suitable to their preferences and styles. The expectation is to deliver a seamless experience to its users to choose the right frame in seconds.

Problem Statement

There are so many users who are struggling to choose the right glasses online and many of them are first-time buyers who don't know which style suits them the best.

Also,

  • Users spend too much time finding the perfect frame but some still won't get it.

  • Due to this, there are Low conversation rates.

  • To the company, there is nowhere to communicate with the people, who are struggling to find their frames to send them the recommendations.

  • Long Ques on Live chat or afraid/no-time to contact customer services.

Goal

The goal is to provide an interactive experience to customers who are unable to choose their glasses. We make sure the experience for the users should be:

  • It should be easy and understandable.

  • By creating this, it should be helpful for all audiences, especially first-time buyers.

  • Design for an effortless self-service experience.

  • There should be an option that can save their style preferences.

  • Show Accurate results.

Introducing Find your Frame

We have introduced an experience called "Find your Frame" / "Take our Quiz". It is simple and has some basic questions that we will be asking users to showcase the best accurate results possible! It is fun, easy, and understandable for all types of audiences.

Creating a meaningful experience with the right set of Questions.

We've made some research on different age groups of audiences and have come up with some meaningful questions that help to display the best possible options to the users. In such scenarios, if the user is unaware of the type of question or he is not so sure of the answer, we provided an option to select NO PREFERENCES - this gives flexibility to users not to stop their journey at any stage.

Users can save their Style preferences and get recommendations by email.

In the last step(optional) of this journey, we will be asking our users to save their style preferences by entering their email addresses. By doing this, the user will be getting an email about the glasses based on their style preferences and also a link to access the results page anytime. This gives an opportunity to get recommendations from the brand styles.
