Visualizing the concept of creative leadership,
what a good creative leader and leadership can create?
The visual translation of the concept for me is a music band. All these awesome artists from different backgrounds, with their own unique personalities and talents, that come together to create something totally unique.
For this to work, communication needs to be crystal clear, motivation and vision should be full of passion, and different skills and knowledge must be coordinated. Not forgetting the curiosity to explore new paths, and of course, the guts to do something that might not please everyone!
