23/32 – Portland Huskies Uniforms
Behind the Stitches
These dogs are violet! The Huskies opt for a classic, purple-heavy look for their threads.
Portland has a white helmet paired with a white facemask and a violet-orange-violet stripe running down the center where the two outside stripes are slightly thicker than the middle one. The primary husky logo takes center stage on the shell, a "PDX" wordmark built from the slab serif block is on the front bumper, and the brush script "Huskies" is on the back.
The jersey tops further build upon the striping mechanic introduced on the helmet. Now rotated 90 degrees, the top stripe is now three-times the size of its equivelent. On the violet home jersey, the stripe reads white-violet-orange from top to bottom and on the white road set the stripes follow the same pattern as the helmet. The script "Huskies" wordmark is displayed just under the collar on the front chest.
For the pants, the white set mimics the helmet stripe running down the length of the leg but truncates at an angle that reflects the primary husky logo on the hip. A stripeless purple counterpart is also in the repertoire. Violet socks with the sleeve stripe from the white jersey are incorporated here, too.
The Huskies' jersey number set is a lightly-modified classic athletic block that is slightly slimmer with less prominent chiseled corners.
These mockups were made with a modified and retextured Madden 20 on PC. The in-game screenshots were then used to create a composition in Photoshop.
