Just Ginger – Locally grown Ginger and Turmeric
Backstory
I attended a Farmers Market in Sarasota, FL with my finacé back in November. Since we were both feeling under the weather, we purchased a Honey Bomb from a vendor by the name of Just Ginger(JG). Mixing it with hot water, the drink was both delicious and provided health benefits. A month later, we get sick again and our Honey Bomb supply was depleted.
Problem
My fiancé went on their website to order more but found that it was initially difficult to find the product. The user experience was fragmented and didn't have a solid customer journey.
Solution
JG's product story and the local business aspect was the most enticing and should take center stage. Upon landing on the homepage, an intro briefly describing what the business does is followed by a call to action to view products.
The following section invites the user to learn more about the fresh quality and health benefits of the products. After that, we have a section going into how the family business came to be. Moving on, we come to a top-level showcase of the product types offered. We continue with news featuring new Farmers Market locations and research conducted by the local university, USF – Go Bulls ??????. Finally, we end with the contact section which would serve as the footer of every page.
